360 Survey - Bar Team

Hello bar team! This survey of yourself, as well as each of your team mates, will serve as a private, anonymous, confidential method of self improvement in each of the “10 Characteristics of Great Bartenders” that was posted recently in Slack channel Bar Training.

You will rate yourself in each area, please be as honest as you can as you reflect on each areas attribute. You will also rate each of your team mates for that attribute. Please be as accurate as you can with those ratings as well. Being honest with a lower rating on any attribute is just as important as a higher rating, as this will be a great revelation of where improvements are needed.

No team member will know how you rated anyone, nor will you know specifically any rating you received from any other team member. Instead, the ratings from other team members will be compiled anonymously, and those ratings you will receive, so you can compare with how you rated yourself in each area.

As you complete each attribute, you will be automatically directed to the next, until you have completed all ten.
