Our Garden Party Style wedding has a casual flow accompanied by amazing neopolitan style artisan pizzas, baked fresh in our Italian brick oven inside the Glass Barn. 

We offer two different styles of Garden Party.

 

Our most popular option, The Milking Parlor presentation, a relaxed timeline that fits all guest counts.  Freshly baked artisan pizza is presented in a classy fashion on the glass topped harvest table in the milking parlor continuously for your guests to enjoy at their leisure.

  • Includes three baseline or premium pizzas chosen by you based by your percentage estimates

  • $ = Priced at Baseline and is reflected in the Baseline Quote

  • $$ = Premium recipe pizzas, specific up-charges apply

  • G = Gluten Sensitive crusts are available upon request at $10 upcharge per guest

  • Standard tax and 20% gratuity will be applied to all food/service related items

We also offer a premium artisan "experience" for a smaller group, or designated multiple groups, within the Glass Barn, where your guests gather to see pizzas tossed, assembled, and baked and then can take their pizza to enjoy in a designated area.

  • Includes three baseline or premium pizzas chosen by you

  • RSVP's required from your guests and supplied to us with final guest choices

  • $ = Priced at Baseline and is reflected in the Baseline Quote

  • $$ = Premium recipe pizzas, specific up-charges apply

  • G = Gluten Sensitive crusts are available upon request at $10 upcharge per guest

  • Standard tax and 20% gratuity will be applied to all food/service related items

          Artisan pizza crust topped with your choice of the following ingredients:

          Sauces: Tomato based pizza sauce, pesto, garlic roasted BBQ sauce, or alfredo sauce

          Cheeses: Freshly sliced mozzarella, Asiago, Grated Parmesan, ricotta, or blue cheese crumbles

          Toppings: Shaved steak, roasted chicken, prosciutto,  maple bacon, spinach, tomatoes,  artichokes, kalamata olives, 

           red or white  onions, mushrooms, sweet peppers, basil, thyme, rosemary, & tarragon.
