What is bourbon? Come learn about why bourbon is special as you taste through six different styles from distilleries around the U.S. Everyone has a style they lean towards. Come find out yours.
September 14th - Sushi & Saki
Learn how to make sushi with Paula Cole. Paula has a passion for cooking and has been making sushi for 17 years. She has turned a lot of sushi virgins into sushi lovers with her creative rolls including tuna, salmon, eel, keto friendly and venison sushi.
Come join us Wednesday, September 14 for our last Sushi Class of the Summer to learn and make your own sushi rolls and enjoy eating your creations while sipping on a beverage. Full bar available. The Enchanted Barn is open to the public every Wednesday this summer for brick oven burgers. So, bring your friends and even if they're not brave enough for sushi, there are burgers available 5-8pm.
For this September class, you’ll be making a Crazy Roll and Philadelphia Roll with Toppings. Shrimp Cocktail will be provided as an appetizer.
